No, if the text and page layouts are similar, then a single fee will suffice.

No, not as is. The POD file is a PDF image only file. The captured TIFF files can be reprocessed out to editable formats.

The output formats for text are RTF, TXT, DOC, and XML. These files can then be edited and formatted for ebook platforms.

Does DSI offer formatting services?
