• DSI Book Submission Form

    Use this form when you are ready to submit a book to Digital Scanning Inc.

    Please provide the information below about your book . DSI will review the project information.

    After Submission

    You will receive an email from DSI containing:

    1. Your DSI Project ID

    2. A link for the $50 evaluation and sample scanning fee

    3. Shipping instructions for sending your book to DSI

    The $50 evaluation fee covers a 20-page sample scan and is credited toward the project if you proceed with the full scanning service.

    Please do not ship your book until you receive your Project ID and shipping instructions from DSI.
